Your enquiry.
In your hands.

Guido Sutti operates the Calzagna website and is responsible for the personal information described here. Contact info@calzagna.it about your information or this notice.

When you visit

Our website is hosted by Hostinger. To deliver pages and keep the service secure, hosting systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, request times and errors. We use this information for our legitimate interests in operating, protecting and troubleshooting the website.

The website does not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party media embeds. Fonts, photographs and videos are served with the website. The enquiry helper does not save entries in cookies or browser storage.

When you write an enquiry

The form opens a prefilled message in your email app. It does not submit a form to us or send an email automatically. If you copy the message, it is placed on your device’s clipboard. You decide whether to send it.

If you contact us, we receive your email address, name, any company and market details you provide, and your message. We use these details to reply, assess a possible partnership and manage our correspondence. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry.

Why we use your information

We handle business enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to requests and developing relevant commercial relationships. Where your request concerns entering a contract with you personally, we process the necessary information to take the steps you request before that contract. We may retain records where required to meet legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We do not sell enquiry information, add you to a marketing mailing list through this helper, or use automated decision-making or profiling.

Service providers

Hostinger provides website hosting, and Aruba provides the email service for info@calzagna.it. These providers process information as needed to deliver and secure their services. Your own email provider also processes messages you choose to send. Information may be disclosed where required by law.

Service providers may use group companies or subprocessors in other countries. Their processing terms describe the locations and safeguards that apply, including safeguards for transfers outside the European Economic Area. See Hostinger’s data processing terms and Aruba’s privacy information. You can also contact us for information about the providers used for your enquiry.

How long we keep it

We delete inactive enquiries that do not lead to a partnership 12 months after the last meaningful contact. Information needed for an active partnership is kept for that relationship and for applicable legal, accounting or claims requirements afterward. Technical records are retained only for the service operation, security and troubleshooting purposes for which they are needed, subject to the provider’s applicable retention arrangements.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to your information, correction, deletion or restriction of its use. Depending on the circumstances, you may also have a right to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact info@calzagna.it; we may need information to confirm your identity before handling a request. These rights are subject to applicable conditions and legal obligations.

You may complain to a data protection supervisory authority, including one in the country where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. Providing enquiry details is voluntary; without a reply address and sufficient context, we may be unable to respond meaningfully.
