For partners / A product with a story

Our recipe.
Your production.
Calzagna on more shelves.

Calzagna combines the comfort of lasagna with the character of a calzone. We’re looking for manufacturers and retail partners to bring it to market through a royalty-based partnership.

The proposition

A recipe to share.
A brand to build together.

We provide the registered Calzagna trademark, recipes, production know-how and Guido’s hands-on support. Our partners provide manufacturing and the route to customers.

Calzagna does not operate its own factory. We are seeking manufacturers with suitable facilities and retailers who can bring their buying, distribution and manufacturing relationships to the partnership.

The commercial model is a licence, not an outright sale of the recipe. The agreed licensee pays royalties linked to Calzagna sales. We define the rate, sales basis, reporting and territory together. Retailers can work with a licensed manufacturing partner rather than operate production themselves.

Where we could work together

Find your place
in the next chapter.

01

Manufacturing & licensing

Produce Calzagna under licence using your facilities and team. We provide the recipe, registered brand and production know-how, with Guido supporting the transfer into your operation. Royalties are based on sales.

02

Retail & distribution

Bring Calzagna to your range and your customers. Retailers and distributors can contribute buying expertise, market access and logistics, involving their manufacturing partners where needed. Production would first need to be established with a licensed manufacturer.

03

HoReCa & foodservice

For hotels, restaurants and catering operators: explore a distinctive Italian addition to your menu through a pilot with a production partner.

04

Kiosks & service stations

Explore Calzagna as a convenient Italian food option for customers on the move. A pilot can establish the right preparation method, equipment and service format for your locations. Convenience stores and travel hubs are additional settings to explore.

A practical collaboration

The recipe is the start.
Guido comes to you.

Hands-on training at your facility.

Guido can travel to your production facility, demonstrate the recipe and train your team. He helps establish the process with the people who will make Calzagna, sharing the practical knowledge behind the fold, filling and finished product.

Support beyond the first demonstration.

Recipes, production details and ongoing consultation form part of the partnership. Your team provides the facilities and manages production, food safety and distribution; together, we evaluate how the recipe performs in your operation.

We agree the scope, timing and costs of visits, training and ongoing consultation with each partner.

From interest to evidence

Start with a conversation.
Progress with a pilot.

  1. 01

    Share the fit.

Introduce your company, target country, sales channel and manufacturing or distribution capabilities.

  2. 02

    Evaluate the product.

Meet Guido to discuss the recipe, review the packaging concept and arrange a demonstration. Agree confidentiality and the scope and costs of a site visit or pilot.

  3. 03

    Test the opportunity.

With Guido’s guidance, train the team and run a pilot to validate the production process, preparation, food specifications and commercial fit.

  4. 04

    Agree the next step.

Use the pilot results to shape a commercial agreement and launch plan.

We welcome partners in Italy, Germany and other markets with the production capabilities and local reach to develop a focused launch.

What we bring. What we build together.
